There's nothing better than visiting Z&C to reminisce on college days. The food never disappoints, it is pretty cheap, and the line moves quick. The teriyaki bowl with fried rice & spicy mayo is the best combo!

I was in bloomington for work, and decided I needed a late lunch, sushi is one of my top food groups so when I noticed this sushi place I had to make a stop. I ordered three rolls, and they were delicious! Fresh and hand made right in front of me. I grabbed a seat outside and enjoyed every bite, I can't wait until I can come back to bloomington to check out some more delicious food!
I got the chicken teriyaki combo with the fried rice. First of all, the food was ready in under 2 minutes. This a great option if you need a quick lunch and you're in the Kirkwood and/or the west end of the IU campus. Despite the speed, it doesn't taste like any shortcuts were taken. The chicken is juicy, tender and has a nice flavor with a subtle crisp on the outside. There is also a LOT of it, as well as much fried rice as one person could ever need. This portion is probably big enough to be shareable for two, depending on your appetites. The sauce application is pretty light, but with how juicy the chicken is I don't think any additional sauce is really necessary. I highly recommend this establishment and look forward to ordering some of the other dishes they offer.
